The Management Team members possess proven track records in mobile telecommunications, IT and banking. All have held senior positions within large organisations and have also been part of start-up companies. Most of the team have previously worked together successfully and have a thorough understanding of all aspects of the financial clearing industry and business practice in general.

Kirit Ruparelia - Founder Chairman & CEO of Nextgen - was previously at United Clearing for 7 years as founder and Managing Director. Prior to the mobile industry, Kirit worked in Banking and Software for over 20 years in companies such as Reuters and SunGard. Kirit also had the privilege of working for Steve Jobs at Next Software which was later sold to Apple.

Simon Gadd is the Chief Operating Officer. Simon has a strong background in IT with over 13 years of experience with Oracle technologies and has been instrumental in building cohesive and highly motivated teams wherever he has worked. He was previously responsible for the entire IT team at United Clearing, managing the development and infrastructure teams as well as ensuring system integrity and uptime.

Miha Cuderman is the General Manager EMEA. Miha has been in the mobile industry for the past 13 years, setting up the roaming business at Simobil Vodafone and later the Product Management Department at Western Wireless. He successfully brought on board more than 25 new FCH clients in the European Region as the Sales Director at United Clearing, specializing also in partnering with independent DCH providers to offer turnkey Roaming Clearing services. With BSG he ran sales for Central, Eastern Europe and Middle East for DCH, FCH, Interconnect and WLAN clearing. Later he lead regional sales activities for the complete Roaming Service portfolio at Syniverse.
