Based in Lebanon, with over 16 years of experience in the roaming industry, Hassan brings a strong track record in account management, service delivery, and customer engagement. Hassan joined Nextgen in 2022 as Sales & Account Manager, where he focuses on developing strategic customer relationships and driving business growth.

Before joining Nextgen, Hassan held key positions for 12 years at Orange in France, including Account Roaming Manager role within Orange Group and Service Delivery Manager role within Orange International Carrier. These roles allowed him to build deep expertise in managing complex international telecom services, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering value to global clients.

Hassan’s approach is focused on understanding customers’ business objectives, strengthening long-term partnerships, and identifying opportunities to create meaningful value.

Originally from Lebanon, Hassan is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, enabling him to operate effectively in diverse and international environments.
