Based in UK, Kilian Radtke joined Nextgen in 2020, having previously held senior management roles within financial clearing and the roaming industry over the course of 15 years.
Kilian is an expert in global management, developing best in class support and operations organisations with focus on superior service delivery, value and revenue creation, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Originally from Germany, Kilian is fluent in both English and German and relocated to England in 2002 after completing professional accreditation in business with focus on correspondence and languages.
In his current role as Customer Support and Operations Director, Kilian is responsible for managing all support and operations teams delivering services for Financial Clearing, Data Clearing and Business Intelligence.
With his extensive experience in mentoring and developing high performing teams and individuals - whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusivity - Kilian is looking forward to expand on Nextgens stellar reputation of understanding, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
